Message To Our 8th Grade Graduates

O Mary Conceived Without Sin, Pray For Us Who Have Recourse To Thee!

Dear 8th Grade Students,

The prayer you see above is the prayer inscribed on the Miraculous Medal I gave to you at our May 
Crowning School Mass on May 23rd. Please keep this medal close to you! Our

Lady, the Blessed Virgin Mary is always close to you because she is  your loving Mother. Sometimes 
in life we forget that Jesus

loves us. Sometimes in life we forget to love Him in return.

Sometimes in life we forget to love others. And sometimes in

life we even forget to love ourselves. Our Blessed Mother Mary is always at  our side to remind us 
to love and to accept the fact that we are loved by God.

St. Maximilian Kolbe (a powerful saint who lived from

(1894-1941) said this about the miraculous medal, “Now in this

epoch of the Immaculate Conception the most Blessed Virgin has given mankind the 'Miraculous 
Medal'. Its heavenly origin has been proven by countless miracles of healing and particularly of 
conversion. The Immaculata herself (our Blessed Mother) in

revealing it promised all who would wear it very many graces; and since conversion and 
sanctification are divine graces from God, the Miraculous Medal will be one of the best means for 
attaining these gifts”.

The best advice I can give you is to stay close to Jesus in the Eucharist (by coming to Holy Mass 
every Sunday) and to

stay close to His mom, and your mom, the Blessed Virgin Mary. Keep praying every day. This is the 
key to happiness. I am proud of you and I am here for you.
